Contact requests and issue reports
The form stores your name, email, subject, request text, request type and language, submission page, and any optional source you provide. These are used for replies and follow-up and are not published. A success notice confirms storage in Amro’s private inbox. Email notifications are currently disabled.
The default retention period is 180 days. Requests classified as spam are retained for 30 days after classification. Amro may pin a request for ongoing work; you can request deletion of your information. Moving a request to trash is reversible within its retention period.
Form protection
There is no visitor CAPTCHA. To limit repeated submissions, the server uses a temporary fingerprint derived from the network address and a secret key, without storing the raw network address in the inbox. Its derivation changes daily, and rate-limit records are cleaned up after two days without use. People sharing a network may share the submission limit; browsing and LinkedIn contact remain available.
Services and browser storage
Requests are stored in a private Supabase database inaccessible to visitors. Hosting is configured for Cloudflare; the full site is still in development. These services process the connection data needed to serve requests under their own settings and policies. The contact form does not set advertising tracking cookies. Administration session cookies are used only for the owner.
Analytics and external links
We record page views, link clicks, page paths, referrers, UTM campaigns and likely automation signals. Search query text and raw IP addresses are not stored in visit records. A server-side hash changes daily to estimate connection groups. DNT and GPC are respected and owner sessions excluded. Measurement events are deleted after 90 days. External services such as LinkedIn have their own policies.
Access or deletion requests
Use the contact form or LinkedIn to request a copy or deletion of your information, mentioning the email address used so the request can be verified. Do not submit passwords or identity documents through the form.
